For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMPLIANCE. All businesses which operate a gameroom or have one or more items of gameroom type equipment operating in the business will comply with this chapter.
GAMEROOM TYPE EQUIPMENT. Any type of equipment such as a pool table, pinball equipment, video equipment, technical equipment and other equipment used as game equipment which can be coin- or noncoin-operated.
GAMEROOMS. Any type of business such as a poolroom, billiard parlor, video gameroom, electronic gameroom, pinball gameroom, mechanical gameroom and other gamerooms using gameroom-type equipment which can be coin- or noncoin-operated.
