Any person desiring to provide on-premises sales of beer and/or mixed drinks and/or wine within the town shall first procure a privilege license to do so from the Town Board. Each such license shall be for a term of one year, said year beginning May 1 and ending April 30, and shall be renewable upon payment of the proper license fee. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell beer and/or mixed drinks and/or wine within the town unless he or she holds a currently valid license under this section.
