§ 111.01  LICENSE REQUIRED; TERM AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person desiring to make off-premises sales of beer or wine within the town shall first procure a privilege license to do so from the Town Board.
   (B)   Each such license shall be for a term of one year, said year beginning May 1 and ending April 30, and shall be renewable upon payment of the proper license fee.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell wine or beer within the town unless he or she holds a currently valid license under this section.
