(A) The seal of the town shall be a circle with the words “TOWN OF LILLINGTON” within and following the arc forming the top of the circle, and the words “North Carolina” within and following the arc at the bottom of the circle, with an inner circle inside these words. Within the inner circle, and following the arc forming the top thereof, shall be the word “INCORPORATED,” under which shall be the figures, horizontally placed “.*.,” and thereunder, also horizontal, the date “1903.”
(B) The Town Clerk shall be custodian of the town seal.
