§ 10.19 FORM OF ORDINANCES GENERAL.

Every ordinance shall be proposed in writing, signed by the Commissioner presenting it, and approved as to form by the Town Attorney. All ordinances of the town shall be consecutively numbered, and shall be entered into a book for that purpose to be kept by the Clerk to the Town Board.
