§ 96.39  BARRICADES AND REFLECTORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person making any excavation for any purpose whatsoever in any street or sidewalk of the town to fail to cover such excavation securely with plank or to place barricades around the excavation.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person making any excavation for any purpose whatsoever in any street or sidewalk of the town to fail to place a sufficient number of reflectors around such excavation before dark and to keep such reflectors visible all night during every night such excavation shall be open.
