§ 96.35 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dig any hole, ditch or excavation of any kind whatsoever on any street or sidewalk in the town without having first secured a permit therefor in writing from the Town Clerk, except as may be provided otherwise in this code.
