§ 96.07 THROWING BALLS AND PLAYING GAMES ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw a ball or other object, or to play at any game, or engage in any activity upon the public streets and sidewalks in such manner as to endanger persons or property or obstruct any street or sidewalk.
