§ 96.03  SIGNS, ADVERTISEMENTS AND MERCHANDISE PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or place any sign, advertisement or merchandise on the sidewalks or utility strips on the streets in the town.

§ 96.04  PLACEMENT OF OBSTRUCTIONS; CONSENT REQUIRED OF TOWN AUTHORITIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place an obstruction upon the sidewalks or in the gutters or streets of the town, without the prior consent of the Town Manager or Board of Commissioners to do so.

§ 96.05  SIDEWALKS TO BE MAINTAINED AND KEPT CLEAR OF OBSTRUCTIONS; DUTY OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   Every person owning property in the town shall keep the sidewalks adjacent thereto free from hazardous conditions; provided, that such sidewalks shall first be laid off by the town. If any property owner shall be negligent in complying with any of the requirements of this section after ten days’ notice, then it shall be the duty of the Department of Public Works to have such sidewalks put in good and passable condition, and tax the expense therefor against the property thereto adjacent, and such expense shall be a lien on the property.
