§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
