(A) Wherever the word “municipality” is used in the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted it shall be construed to mean the Town of Lillington, in Harnett County, North Carolina.
(B) Wherever the term “corporation counsel” is used in the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted, it shall be construed to mean the Town Attorney.
(C) Wherever the term “bureau of fire prevention” is used in the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted it shall be construed to mean the Board of Commissioners; and wherever the term “chief of the bureau of fire prevention” is used in such code it shall be construed to mean the Chief of the Fire Department, or such other person as may be designated by the Board of Commissioners for such purposes.
(D) The limits referred to in that section of the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted in which the storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, shall be coextensive with the corporate limits of the town.
(E) The limits referred to in that section of the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as the fire limits of the town.
(F) The limits referred to in that section of the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted, in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as the fire limits of the town.
(G) The limits referred to in that section of the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as industrial zones.
