§ 92.03 SMOKING NEAR FLAMMABLE MATERIAL.

No person shall bring or suffer to be brought into any barn or outhouse within the town wherein there is any straw, hay, fodder or other flammable material, or into any structure which is in the process of erection, any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, candle or lamp, or any other thing which may ignite such flammable material.
