§ 90.21  KEEPING LIVESTOCK WITHIN TOWN LIMITS.
   No person may keep within the town any livestock and/or fowl except in accordance with this section.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, keep, house or stable any mule, cow, sheep, goat, swine or any other livestock including ducks, geese, turkeys and guineas within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, keep or house any cattle, goat, horse, swine, ducks, geese, turkeys, guineas or any other livestock on a fenced lot with in the corporate limits of the town.
   (C)   Horses may be kept and maintained in the city limits on residential lots in RS-20 District for personal use, provided that they are kept within an enclosure, on a minimum of a ten-acre parcel or parcels. Enclosures and structures related to the horse shall not be less than 40 feet from all lot lines. Horses shall not cause, create or contribute to or become a health nuisance due to noise, the presence of flies, mosquitoes, insects, vermin, rodent harborage, odors, dust, ponded water, accumulation of manure, garbage, refuse or other obnoxious or putrescible material, or for any other like reason.
   (D)   Any chickens kept within the corporate limits of the town must be contained by a fence, building or other enclosure that will ensure that the chickens will not run at large.
   (E)   Any fowl found running at large may be taken into possession and/or destroyed by County Animal Control anywhere within the corporate limits of the town.
