§ 72.05 REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF TAX.

(A) The owner of any motor vehicle upon which a tax is levied by this chapter shall pay the prescribed tax at the time required for paying property taxes.

(B) Each registration shall include the name and address of the owner of the vehicle, the make thereof, and its model, serial number and motor number.
