§ 71.04  TWO-HOUR ZONES; PAYMENT OF TICKETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle on the street of the town and leave it parked for more than two hours when signs advising that there is a two-hour limit have been posted by the town. In the event a motorist shall violate this section, he or she shall first be given a parking ticket which can be paid at the Town Hall by the payment of $5. In the event such parking ticket is not paid within 30 days, a violation of this section of overparking and failing to pay the $5 fine shall constitute a misdemeanor and a warrant shall be issued returnable to the proper state court.
