§ 70.19  BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   All persons riding bicycles in town during the period from one-half hour after sunset until one-half hour before sunrise, or at any other time when there is not sufficient light to render clearly visible any person on the street at a distance of 200 feet ahead, shall be required to have attached thereto a lighted lamp; and those riding bicycles in the town at any time shall have bells thereon, which shall be rung at a point no closer than 30 feet of a person whom they are approaching. No person shall ride a bicycle upon the sidewalks of the town.
