§ 70.18 USE OF HORN RESTRICTED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sound the horn or warning signal of any motor vehicle in such manner as to disturb the public, either by sounding the horn for an unusual period of time, or by blowing a horn that has sound similar to a fire siren.
