3-2-1: POLICE CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM ADOPTED:
There is established for the city police department a civil service system to be operated and governed in accordance with RCW chapter 41.12. Employees subject to civil service shall include all full time employees of the police department including the chief of police. (Ord. 76, 12-11-2001)
