7-5-3: ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
The administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the director of planning and community development or his/her designee. The director may make inspections to enforce this chapter and may notify the property owner, trucking company, or solid waste collector of any violation of this chapter. (Ord. 160, 3-20-2007)
