6-7-3: VIOLATION:
   A.   Any property within the city which is a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies; and
   B.   Any person in charge who permits property to be a chronic nuisance property shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies. (Ord. 224, 10-6-2015)
