Upon a finding that a violation of this chapter has occurred, the city may recover the costs to remove the vehicle and the person in charge of such vehicle shall be fined as provided in subsection 1-4-1B of this code per day following notice of the violation. (Ord. 109, 1-4-2003; amd. 2004 Code)
