6-1-4: CLASSES OF CRIMES:
An offense defined by this chapter, for which a sentence of imprisonment is authorized, constitutes a violation of this chapter and is a crime. Crimes are classified as gross misdemeanors or misdemeanors. (Ord. 140, 10-4-2005)
