6-1-3: CITY CRIMINAL JURISDICTION:
Any person who commits any offense defined by this chapter, in whole or in part, within the corporate limits of the city of Liberty Lake, is liable to arrest, prosecution and punishment. (Ord. 140, 10-4-2005)
