Any person, firm or entity who fails to register an abandoned property pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to a class 1 civil infraction pursuant to Revised Code Of Washington chapter 7.80. Each day shall constitute a separate violation. Any owner, lender or responsible party who fails to maintain the property shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to any and all available remedies, including, but not limited to, those set forth in this chapter and at law.
