A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by fines in accordance with the general penalty provisions contained in § 10.99, and in accordance with I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10) for ordinance violations, I.C. 36-1-6-2 for collection of fines through property liens, and I.C. 36-1-6-4 for civil actions by a municipality.
