(A) All bills for water service not paid within 15 days of the due date stated on such bills shall be delinquent and subject to a late payment charge in the amount of 10%.
(B) Delinquent notices are mailed the first business day after the due date on such bills.
(C) Delinquent notice payments are due on the twenty-eighth of the month. If the due date falls on a weekend or a government holiday, the bill is due the following business day. Disconnection service may occur the next business day after 9:00 a.m.
