§ 52.207 ALTERATIONS OR CHANGES.

No person shall change the location of a meter or meter pit, alter the ground so that it will cover up or create a hazard around the meter pit or stop box, or in any way obstruct the free access to any water meter, meter pit or stop box, without the written permission of the Public Works Department.
