§ 52.206 DAMAGE TO METERS AND METER READING EQUIPMENT.

Persons in possession of a property housing a meter shall be responsible for damages to a meter by heat, frost, the user or other causes not controlled by the town. The cost of damages to the meter and meter reading equipment shall be immediately due to the town by the user or persons in possession of the property.
