§ 52.200 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEVELOPER. The person preparing the parcel or parcels for the division.
   DEVELOPMENT. Any one parcel or parcels of land that is to be divided into smaller parcels of land.
   MUNICIPAL WATER UTILITY. The town or the Town Council.
   USER. A person connecting or connected to the Waterworks.
