For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any individual, individuals, partnership, co-partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, governmental entity or any other legal entity, or their legal representatives or agency.
PROPERTY. A house or building, together with its land and outbuildings, occupied by a person or a business.
WATERWORKS. The system of pipes, reservoirs, channels, mains, and pumping and purifying equipment by which a water supply is obtained and distributed.
