(A) The Town Police Department shall charge and collect a photocopy fee of $5 for each accident report photocopied for any person requesting the same.
(B) The fee shall be remitted to the Clerk-Treasurer for approved receipt and shall be deposited into the fund known as the Accident Report Fund.
(C) The monies may be expended by the Chief Police Officer on the approval of the Town Board for expenses reasonably related to the keeping of accident reports or records or the prevention of street and highway accidents.
