(A) The provisions of I.C. 18-5-5.5-1 et seq. are hereby adopted by the town and this chapter shall be known as “this chapter.”
(B) The administration of the provision of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the Town Council, which Council itself shall be the Office of Code Enforcement as hereinafter defined in this chapter and the Director as hereinafter defined in this chapter shall be appointed by the Town Council to serve at the will of the Council.
