§ 150.34 RIGHT OF APPEAL.

All persons shall have the right to appeal any order of the Executive Director of the County Planning Department first through the Town Council and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and 4-21.5-3-7 or any court of general jurisdiction in the county where the action takes place.
