(A) No certificate of occupancy for any building or structure after the adoption of this chapter shall be issued unless building or structure was constructed in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful to occupy any building or structure unless a full, partial, or temporary certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Executive Director of the County Planning Department.
