§ 150.18 FEES AND REQUIRED INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Permits shall be required only for the types of construction listed in this section.

*NOTE TO TABLE: There will be no charge for permits for agricultural buildings. However, if the permit is not issued prior to the beginning of construction, a penalty of $50 will be assessed at the discretion of the Executive Director.
 
   (B)   The minimum permit fee for any permit shall be $15.
   (C)   For unusually large or complex building or structures, the Executive Director of the County Planning Department shall have the power to increase the number of required inspections by 50%. The Executive Director of the County Planning Department shall in all cases designate the stage of construction when each required inspection must be requested by the permit holder.
   (D)   (1)   No concrete shall be placed for foundations without prior inspection.
      (2)   No electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or thermal insulation work shall be covered without prior inspection.
   (E)   Where additional inspections are required due to failure of permit holder to have work ready for inspection at a designated stage of construction, the Executive Director of the County Planning Department shall have the power to assess a reinspection fee of $25 for each additional inspection. Reinspection fees shall be paid to the County Planning Department prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
   (F)   The Executive Director of the County Planning Department shall submit an annual report to the County Commissioners of permit fees collected, cost of inspection operations and recommendations for adjustment of required inspections and single inspection fees as necessary.
