The Executive Director of the Union County Plan Commission is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce all provisions of the State of Indiana Building Code, One and Two Family Dwelling Code, Plumbing Code, Electrical Code, Mechanical Code, Energy Conservation Code, Swimming Pool Code and Fire Safety Standards as well as local code adopted by the Union County Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
