§ 130.03 RADIO INTERFERENCE.
   (A)   Be it ordained by the Town Council that it shall be unlawful to operate in the town any radio receiving equipment in a manner as to cause electrostatic or electromagnetic waves to radiate in a manner as to interfere with radio reception.
   (B)   Be it further ordained that it shall be unlawful to operate within the town any vibrating battery charger or any other apparatus or equipment in a manner as to cause electric, electrostatic or electromagnetic waves to be radiated therefrom, in a manner as to interfere with radio reception.
   (C)   (1)   Any person, persons, firm or corporation owning or operating in the town any apparatus or machine emitting high frequency oscillations, commonly known as high frequency oscillators, x-ray, or violet ray machines, shall be required to register the apparatus or machine with the Town Clerk- Treasurer.
      (2)   The registration shall be made without charge.
      (3)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a permanent record thereof which shall show the name and address of the owner or operator and the name and type of apparatus or machine.
   (D)   (1)   The duly authorized inspector or other officer or employee of the town, appointed or designated by the Town Council thereof, shall have authority to enter upon the premises of any person, persons, firm, or corporation at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. of the same day for the purpose of testing for and locating the source of radio interference.
      (2)   It shall be the duty of the duly authorized inspector, officer, or employee to notify in writing the owner of any apparatus, equipment, or machine which in his or her opinion is the source of radio interference or is being operated in a way as to cause radio interference.
      (3)   Ten days shall be allowed any person, persons, firm, or corporation found violating any of the provisions of this section, to repair, correct, replace or discontinue the use of any apparatus, equipment, or machine causing interference with radio reception.
