§ 130.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT INVOLVING MOTOR VEHICLES.
   No person shall operate or cause to be operated a motor vehicle on the streets or public highways of the town or upon any similar places in the town where the general public has motor vehicular access in a manner or with equipment as to make, create, facilitate, increase or maintain any loud, unnecessary, excessive or unusual noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose or peace and quiet of any other person or of any neighborhood within the town; likewise no person shall operate or cause to be operated a motor vehicle upon the aforementioned places so as to unnecessarily break traction or so as to unnecessarily cause undue skidding of the motor vehicle.
