The consent of the town be and the same is hereby given and granted unto the proper legal authorities of any state or local body with jurisdiction, to issue liquor retailers’ permits for the sale of alcoholic, spirituous beverages to applicants otherwise duly qualified to premises within the town, all agreeable to the provisions of I.C. 7.1-3-1 et seq.
