§ 95.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on land lying between the sidewalks and curbs (or any area equivalent thereto where there are no sidewalks and/or curbs or any similar area regardless of sidewalks and curbs) or any public area within the town.
