§ 94.32 KITCHEN GARBAGE RECEPTACLES.
   (A)   All kitchens and every place where garbage may accumulate shall be provided with garbage receptacles and the receptacles shall be made of galvanized iron, shall be tightly covered and emptied, cleaned and disinfected, and weeds shall be cut and hauled away at any time upon the written orders of the Health Officer; the Officer is to fix a reasonable time limit in his or her order when the garbage receptacles or vaults shall be emptied, cleaned and disinfected and weeds shall be cut and hauled away; and if any owner or lessee, being duly ordered as herein provided, shall fail or refuse to obey the order, it shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner (or other designated officer) upon written notice form the
Health Officer, to cause the garbage receptacles or vaults to be cleaned, emptied and disinfected, or the weeds to be cut and hauled away, and the Street Commissioner (or other designated officer) shall keep an accurate account of the expense thereof, which shall be paid from the Town Treasury upon the sworn voucher of the Street Commissioner (or other designated officer), and the expenses shall be a lien on the property and collected by law and turned into the Town Treasury.
   (B)   And it shall be unlawful to fill up iod privy vaults or sinks without first emptying same.
