§ 94.02 INCORPORATION OF STATE LAW.
   This section, in accordance with I.C. 36-7-10.1, incorporates the provisions of I.C. 36-7-10.1 as they now exist and are hereafter amended. This section further incorporates the requirements of I.C. 36-1-6-2 as it exists and is hereafter amended.
