(A) The Town’s Office of the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby established as the Violations Bureau for any violations of the town’s ordinances.
(B) The Office of the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to accept fines for the violations for all ordinances except for those pertaining to moving traffic violations.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to accept $25 as the full and complete fine for any violations notwithstanding the fine mentioned in the section.
(D) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the enforcement of any ordinances by I.C. 34-28-5.
