(A) The entire expense of excavating, or in any manner changing, the surface of any sidewalk, street, curb, alley or public place within the town limits shall be borne by the permittee.
(B) The street cut permittee and/or the organization or the individual requesting a street closure shall indemnify the town for any expenses incurred therefrom, or for any injuries or damages proximately caused to any person or property by the permittee or the permittee's employee, agent, or assign.
