§ 73.06 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle, skateboard, scooter, roller skates, or roller blades on a sidewalk within the central business district which would include Union Street from the railroad tracks to Fairground Street, Main Street from High Street to Seminary Street and Market Street from High Street to Seminary Street.
   (B)   Whenever any person is riding a bicycle, skateboard, scooter, roller skates, or roller blades on a sidewalk other than the central business district, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signal before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.
   (C)   No person shall ride a moped on a sidewalk at any time.
   (D)   No person shall ride a bicycle, skateboard, scooter, roller skates or roller blades on sidewalks, streets or parking lots in the central business district when a downtown event is in progress when the city streets are blockaded.
