(A) An adjustment to the sewer portion of a utility bill will only be granted for those residences that have incurred an emergency repair. The adjustment request must be accompanied by a receipt showing the purchase of parts and/or a copy of an invoice from a plumber reflecting the services provided. The adjustments for emergency repairs will be approved by the Town Council.
(B) Adjustments will not be considered for the watering of lawns or flowers; pressure washing; pool and sauna fills or the allowance of faucets to drip to prevent pipes from freezing, etc.
