§ 91.02 DUTIES OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.

(A) This chapter shall be enforced by the Fire Department of the town and the Fire Department is to be under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.

(B) The Chief of the Fire Department may detail the members of the Fire Department as inspectors from time to time as necessary.

(C) A report of the Fire Department shall be made annually and transmitted to the Town Council; it shall contain all proceedings under this chapter, with the statistics as the Chief of the Fire Department may wish to include therein; the Chief of the Fire Department shall also recommend any amendments to the chapter which in his or her judgement shall be desirable.
