(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person violating § 90.01(C) shall be subject to a fine of $10 for the first offense and $25 for each subsequent offense in a 12 month period.
(2) The fine shall be payable to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
(3) Failure to remit the fine within 15 days of the issuance of the ordinance violation citation shall result in the filing of an enforcement action in the Circuit Court of Union County.

(C) For each and every violation of § 90.03 there shall be assessed a fine of $25 and court costs.
(D) (1) At the first occurrence of an incident listed in § 90.18, the owner or keeper will be fined a maximum of $200.
(2) At the second and any subsequent occurrence of an incident listed in § 90.18, the owner or keeper will be fined a maximum of $500.
