Any person(s) violating any part of this chapter shall be punished by a fine for the first offense of not less than $50. For the second offense within one year of first offense, the minimum fine shall be not less than $75. If a third offense is committed within one year of the second offense, the minimum fine shall be not less than $100 and the owner’s golf cart permit registration is suspended for one year to the date of the third offense.
