   (A)   No bicycle shall be ridden on the sidewalks adjacent to the following named streets in the town:
 
Street
Location
Union Street
From the railroad tracks to Fairground Street
Main Street
From High Street to Seminary Street
Market Street
From High Street to Seminary Street
 
   (B)   The operator of a bicycle shall yield the right of way to all pedestrians.
